What is celibacy
In Sanskrit, the word Brahma means God or the creator and Charya means his search. That is, the search for the soul means celibacy. In common parlance, celibacy is considered to be abstinence or abstinence from sex. From the spiritual point of view, it is also believed that abstinence from sex by mind, deed and thought is celibacy.
Brahmacharya is one of the fundamental pillars of yoga. Brahmacharya means living a sattvik life, protecting one's semen from auspicious thoughts, meditating on the Lord and acquiring knowledge. It is also the first ashram of Vedic religion Varnashram, according to which it is of 0-25 years of age and following which the students have to take education for future life. Extraordinary knowledge can be attained by brahmacharya. All the sages of the Vedic period and present times have asked to follow it. The more necessary air is to be taken in our life, the more important is celibacy. For thousands of years before today, our sages have been doing penance of celibacy because by following it we can attain all the happiness of this world.
Nowadays, due to the increasing influence of sex and sex, many crimes have started happening in the society. The mentality of the youth is getting worse due to the influence of pornography and internet. Due to this, mental and physical weaknesses have started growing in the youth. The youth starts on the path of fruit even before they are fully developed. An example of this is before us that the wise gardener cuts off the premature fruit on the plant so that it can fully develop. This plant grows up to be tasty and gives more and longer fruits. The same rule applies to humans as well. Knowing brahmacharya, you can be free from these vices.

*truth*
Truth is the truth but is it dear and beneficial to others and who is speaking that speech. Maiya Yashoda is the nurturing mother of Lord Krishna and is not the giver of birth. This is true but Lord Krishna is careful, then who will tell this truth to the mother and how much sweet voice has to be spoken for her. The child is sick, what does the mother tell the child to take the medicine, the son is sweet, but what does he drink by mixing honey in bitter medicine. The child also gets cured by taking that medicine and does not even know that he has consumed bitter medicine. Sayings are true but bitter can hurt others. How to say it depends on you, how sweetly you say it and how using words. We are truthful, so we are not worried about anyone, we say things on anyone's face, it will not work. It is said to use discretion and what to say while saying such a truth which is not beneficial to others, it is said that the use of speech power in creative work is the penance of speech. By stopping the use of harsh words with the restraint of speech, we can make good use of the power saved by true, loving and beneficial speech in self-study. You can do it in meditation. This is what makes us happy.
