Correct balance of oil used for catering is important when cholesterol increases. Such a person should make a short distance from oily things. Three teaspoons of oil a day is enough for his health. Avoid these
One should always try not to eat fried and roasted food. Always cook food in steam. Do not take desi ghee, dalda, butter. Biscuits, cookies, etc. have a lot of transfat, which directly affects the liver. Avoid it. Avoid processed and junk food. Do not eat full cream milk and cottage cheese or khoya. Avoid coconut and coconut milk. It contains oil. Do not eat too much of urad dal, salt, and rice. Do not drink too much of coffee.
